Operations Project Manager

About the Position:

• Serves as project manager overseeing all aspects of planning and execution of client patient adherence and medical education projects.
• Ensures projects are completed on-time, within budget, and to the client’s complete satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

• Communicates with clients and customer leadership, maintaining client relationships and summarizing action items for internal teams.
• Develops and updates project schedules, tracks progress, and drives assigned projects forward, including leading status meetings.
• Manages vendor relationships, data analysis, quality assurance, and process improvements with a focus on risk management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of project management experience; PMP preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, account management, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, with demonstrated leadership across multiple stakeholders and functional areas.
