Role Overview:
- Own and ensure timely, process-driven delivery of multiple simultaneous projects.
- Support account and specialty teams, working with internal colleagues to seamlessly move projects forward.
- Report to the Director, Project Management and be based in Philadelphia with remote or hybrid options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish well thought-out project plans and work with creative and social teams to solve timeline issues.
- Incorporate QA processes and ensure they are followed throughout each phase of a project.
- Clearly communicate daily status on projects and key next steps to relevant team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-2+ years of Project Management experience required.
- 3+ years in a PR or marketing communications agency setting; healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet.
