About the role:
- Project managers are the driving force at Inizio Evoke, serving as operational partners with the account team.
- They oversee end-to-end development of projects according to established business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Process: Manage end-to-end development, med/legal submission, and create project status documents.
- Timelines: Craft milestones and detailed schedules to ensure deliverables are met.
- Budgets: Develop staffing plans, monitor budgets, and create client budget reports.
- Resources: Identify risks, manage vendor relationships, and secure project resources.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with pharmaceutical marketing agency experience required.
- Bachelor's degree and experience managing large cross-functional teams.
- Advanced experience with MS Project or SmartSheets and excellent Excel skills.
