Position Summary:
- Provide expert field-based patient education and support for the Rett community.
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact for families and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure patients successfully start and stay on therapy.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver disease state and product education in consumer-friendly language.
- Determine individual needs and provide appropriate resources throughout the patient journey.
- Support cross-functional partners and mentor new team members.
Key Skills:
- Rare disease experience strongly preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Empathetic listening and strong communication skills.
