Enrollment Specialist - Bi-lingual

Role Overview:

• Act as the first touchpoint for potential members, building trust and educating them on free cancer support services.
• Report to the Enrollment Specialist Team Lead and work within a structured schedule to ensure coverage.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Make 80-100 outbound calls per day to eligible members, explaining program benefits and enrolling them.
• Carefully document member needs, preferences, and urgent concerns for the care team.
• Participate in coaching sessions to improve quality and productivity metrics.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience in sales or a fast-paced environment, with strong listening and communication skills.
• Is metrics-focused, adaptable, and passionate about helping people during challenging times.
• Comfortable with technology including Zoom, Google Suite, and Slack.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay of $24.03 with additional $1.50 for bilingual Spanish skills.
