The Role:
- You'll own the full CRM lifecycle, turning it into a major revenue channel for EverAI's 50M+ users.
- You'll report directly to the CMO and build the CRM playbook from scratch.
What You'll Do:
- Lead strategy across onboarding, conversion, retention, and reactivation using behavioral data.
- Run experiments and partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to scale wins.
Who You Are:
- You've scaled CRM in high-volume B2C subscription with measurable revenue impact.
- You're a builder and are comfortable with uncensored AI products.
