Senior Tech Sourcer

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive Sourcing: You will own the top-of-funnel strategy for complex technical roles, looking beyond standard LinkedIn searches to map the tech ecosystems across Northern India.
• Candidate Engagement: You will get on the phone to conduct initial screening calls, assessing candidates for their technical baseline, communication skills, and culture fit.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Tech Sourcer: You have a proven track record (ideally 3+ years) in technical sourcing or full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Market Expert: You have deep, localized knowledge of the Indian tech talent market, including nuances, salary expectations, and talent pools.
• Confident Communicator: You are comfortable evaluating technical talent on calls and can operate effectively without close supervision.
