Skip Tracer

The Skip Tracer is responsible for skip tracing and investigation for different cases. Responsibilities include:

-Assist in helping to investigate a variety of case types

-Conduct locates/skip-tracing for both plaintiff and defense firms

-Assist in the service of legal documents.

Main job functions:

-Searching public and private records

-Conducting pretext calls

-Interviewing people who know the individual of interest

Additional responsibilities:

-Investigating individuals using a variety of databases and software

-Coordinating service of process with “boots-on the ground” investigators/process servers
