Primary Duties:
- Analyze data across the full customer acquisition journey to identify drop-off points and implement fixes.
- Design and manage A/B tests on landing pages, email sequences, and paid channels.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing Operations to optimize conversion pathways using HubSpot and ZoomInfo.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- 4–7 years of growth or digital marketing experience in B2B technology.
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot, web analytics, and CRM systems.
