AI Enablement and Governance Specialist

The AI Enablement and Governance Specialist will lead the integration, oversight, and ethical management of artificial intelligence systems across the organization. This role focuses on driving AI adoption, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and fostering trust through responsible AI practices. Key responsibilities include AI Enablement by collaborating with business units to identify opportunities for AI integration, designing and implementing frameworks to facilitate the adoption of AI solutions, and providing technical and strategic guidance to ensure successful deployment of AI technologies. The role also involves Governance and Compliance by developing and maintaining AI governance policies that align with ethical standards, industry best practices, and legal regulations, monitoring AI system performance to ensure transparency, fairness, and accountability, and conducting risk assessments and audits to address potential biases.
