Define product roadmap aligned to business strategy and customer outcomes

Clinical Workflow Platform Development:

Own the lifecycle of clinical workflow capabilities including documentation, injury management, surveillance, and medical compliance
Partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable, usable clinical workflows
Ensure clinical workflows meet regulatory requirements including OSHA, surveillance programs, and employer compliance needs

Commercialization & Adoption:

Partner with Client Success and GTM teams to drive adoption and customer value realization
Align cross-functional teams around priorities, initiatives, and delivery plans
Define KPIs tied to usage, satisfaction, workflow efficiency, and retention
