Technical Project Manager

Technical Project Execution & Delivery:

• Manage all phases of technical projects including scope definition, planning, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with shipyards, subcontractors, and technical vendors to execute work efficiently.
• Ensure project outcomes meet all regulatory, safety, and class requirements.

Fleet & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Act as a key contact between shipboard teams and shoreside technical groups.
• Collaborate with departments to plan and sequence work with minimal operational disruption.
• Build strong relationships onboard to ensure solutions reflect the realities of vessel operations.

Technical Knowledge & Advisory Support:

• Apply maritime engineering knowledge to support vessel upgrades and system improvements.
• Assist with vendor selection, contract negotiations, and technical procurement.
• Support shipboard engineering teams with technical guidance and troubleshooting.
