Responsibilities:

  • Foster inclusive hiring, build talent pipelines, and provide weekly updates to hiring managers on pipeline health and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of agency Talent Acquisition experience, specifically in digital marketing fields like SEO and Paid Media.
  • Proficiency with ATS, advanced sourcing techniques, and recruiting across the US, Mexico, Canada, and UK markets.

Work Environment:

  • This is a fully remote role requiring work from a US location with reliable internet and a professional home office setup.
  • Collaboration is done virtually via Zoom and Slack, with the need to operate a laptop and remain stationary for extended periods.
