Principal Engineer

The Principal Engineer will be spearheading the development of a cutting-edge Agentic AI platform that leverages our healthcare RCM data lakehouse to revolutionize revenue cycle workflows through autonomous, intelligent agents. Key responsibilities include architecting and building a scalable Agentic AI framework specifically for RCM workflows, designing autonomous agents capable of handling complex revenue cycle tasks such as denial management, contract analysis, and eligibility verification, and establishing orchestration patterns for agent collaboration across different RCM business functions. The role also involves implementing robust guardrails and validation mechanisms for AI decision-making in financial contexts, building reusable components that accelerate agent development for new RCM use cases, and creating specialized tools for training and fine-tuning AI models on healthcare financial data. Leading distributed engineering teams across onshore and offshore locations will also be a key aspect of this position.
