What You'll Do:

  • Drive the technical vision for AI in 360Learning's product and coach AI Engineers.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of new AI features from design to production.
  • Set technical direction and make architectural decisions as we scale.

The Skill Set:

  • 4+ years building GenAI/LLM systems with production deployment experience.
  • Strong Python skills and clean, maintainable code.
  • Familiarity with search/RAG, vector databases, and LLM observability.
