Job Description

In this role, you will develop relationships with customer business leaders and platform owners to understand their vision and ServiceNow's role in their digital transformation, help develop standards for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model, support the design and implementation of a platform operating model, provide technical evaluation of demands against the platform, translate business requirements into architectural blueprints, drive solid platform health, advocate for ServiceNow’s Customer Success Impact advisory practices, and guide customers through integration and performance design review sessions.
