AI Transformation Director

As the AI Transformation Director, you will play a critical role in defining, driving and scaling the internal AI strategy across our go-to-market and operations teams. You will lead cross-functional efforts to identify high-impact use cases, deliver solutions to streamline internal workflows and enhance customer outcomes, and drive measurable efficiency and effectiveness gains. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operations, and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and has a passion for AI-driven transformation. You will develop and maintain a comprehensive internal AI transformation roadmap aligned to address operational challenges and opportunities. Collaborate with Data Analytics, Engineering and third-party vendors to design and implement AI solutions, ensuring seamless integrations into existing workflows and systems. Lead cross-functional teams to execute AI projects, ensuring timely delivery, measurable impacts and alignment with business objectives. Develop playbooks, training, and enablement plans to ensure successful adoption of AI tools and processes. Define KPIs and success metrics to track ROI (e.g., time savings, CSAT, pipeline velocity) Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and best practices to inform ongoing strategy. Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Data teams to ensure responsible and ethical use of AI. Drive internal education around responsible and effective use of AI.
