What You'll Do:
- Be a Sales Operation Lead advising on our performance, operational risk, and scaling strategies and best practices in Salesforce
- Manage end-to-end sales operations lead to order processes
- Influence operating model decisions that impact pipeline governance, forecasting methodology, sales coverage, and performance measurement
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or related roles
- Salesforce expertise across opportunity architecture, forecasting, stage governance, reporting; data integrity, approval/validation rules, and commercial structure
- Advanced Excel skills with scenario modeling and financial analysis capability
Additional Responsibilities:
- Design and evolve the sales operating model, forecasting standards, and goal frameworks
- Maintain governance for pricing policy, revenue recognition, and risk controls
- Lead Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, and billing transformation workstreams
