Worldwide Channel Programs, Enablement & Portal Manager

What You'll Do:

• Manage the Huntress partner portal (PRM) day-to-day, including content, user access, and partner support.
• Create and run engagement initiatives like contests, incentives, and nurture campaigns to drive portal adoption.
• Develop internal and external enablement materials, playbooks, and training to make the partner program easy to promote and use.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in channel programs, partner operations, partner marketing, or partner enablement in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
• Hands-on PRM or partner portal administration skills with a focus on intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and data literacy, using tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to measure program health and partner engagement.
