What you'll do:
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs from ideation to delivery.
- Define and track KPIs, drive issue resolution, and mitigate risks.
- Facilitate meetings and drive decisions across diverse teams.
What you need:
- 8+ years delivering large-scale software projects, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong program management fundamentals, including DACI and RACI.
- Excellent communication and data-driven accountability skills.
Bonus points:
- Experience with Financial and CRM systems, Jira, and high-growth companies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
