Development Director

Just Zero is seeking a Development Director to plan and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy. The Development Director will lead organization-wide fundraising efforts by focusing on growing our donor base through digital outreach, identifying new potential donors, and building relationships with potential and current donors. This position works collaboratively with the directors of Just Zero’s other departments to proactively plan and execute cross-departmental strategies to sustainably grow Just Zero’s revenue. The Development Director will develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan to attract new donors, steward existing donors, engage potential and current donors, increase major gifts and giving levels, and expand corporate and foundation giving. They will also build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential donors, foundations, corporate partners, and nonprofit leaders, with a focus on growing and engaging Just Zero’s donor base.
