Windows Engineering Manager

What You'll Do:

• Own hiring, coaching, growth, and performance for the Windows team, conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Be accountable for team delivery and culture, running standups, sprint planning, and retros, and addressing friction early.
• Keep work on track, manage dependencies, communicate blockers, and bring a product mindset to cross-functional planning.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in developing high-quality software on Windows with C#/.NET, and have engineering management experience owning hiring and team delivery.
• Enjoy building up others, measuring success by your team's growth, and use AI tools regularly to raise ambitions.
• Communicate clearly and model accountability, owning team outcomes and putting each report's growth first.

• This is an M1 role directly accountable for people and delivery of one team, the entry point into formal leadership at Renewed Vision.
