GoHighLevel Admin / Operations Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain advanced GoHighLevel workflows, triggers, and automations across multiple client sub-accounts.
• Monitor automations daily, troubleshoot broken workflows, and ensure data hygiene.
• Document systems with SOPs and standardize account structures for team clarity.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience administering GoHighLevel or comparable CRM/automation platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to map multi-step automations with branching conditions.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet, and availability to overlap with U.S. Pacific business hours.

What's Included:

• $6.00 – $9.00 USD/hour, paid in USD, with placement based on experience and certification.
• One week of paid advanced GoHighLevel training and certification, plus after 90 days: HMO coverage and performance bonuses.
• Fully remote, full-time position with clear growth path into Senior Operations Specialist role.
