Engineering Manager

What we're looking for:

• At least 3 years experience in a role where you were responsible for managing a team of software engineers.
• The ability to create and maintain a positive, healthy team environment.
• You have significant hands-on development experience and have engineered your way out of many complex, unscoped problems.

What you can expect:

• Hire and manage engineers of varied levels, ranging from junior to staff.
• Work to scope and plan key deliverables for projects and initiatives with the team.
• Drive execution with an emphasis on iterations and deliverables, quality, velocity, and communication.

Bonus points for:

• Experience managing remote and distributed teams
• User experience/design background
• Experience in Billing & Payments
