Job Description
Customer Engagement:
- Deliver customized product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Translate technical product features into business value and ensure alignment with end-user safety workflows.
- Gather customer feedback and influence product roadmap by identifying new features and solution improvements.
Technical Expertise:
- Act as a subject matter expert on LOTO regulations (OSHA 1910.147) to educate customers and address compliance questions.
- Support RFPs, technical documentation, and marketing content to accelerate the sales process.
- Lead onboarding and training for new customers, ensuring seamless setup and adoption of the Connected LOTO solution.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Partner with the outside sales team to schedule product demonstrations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and sales leadership to refine strategy and drive growth.
- Document customer engagement activity in the CRM system and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
