Director of Procurement & Strategic Sourcing

Lead a growing team of procurement specialists and drive the continued evolution of Juniper Square’s enterprise-level sourcing strategy. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you’ll partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Security, and Business Operations to optimize spend, mitigate risk, and enable teams to move faster with confidence. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role. You’ll review and work within our established approval workflows, oversee all contract lifecycle management, and drive cost savings through competitive sourcing and vendor negotiations. You’ll also play a critical role in building and maintaining trusted relationships with executive leadership and department heads across the organization.
