About the Role:

  • HighLevel is seeking a strategically minded, execution-focused Ecosystem Partner Manager.
  • You’ll serve as the primary connector between the HighLevel platform and high-impact complementary SaaS applications.
  • You will lead cross-functional conversations with product, GTM, and channel leaders from integration partners.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5–8 years experience in SaaS ecosystem partnerships, integrations, or business development.
  • Deep understanding of partner‑led GTM strategies and integration value assessment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

App Ecosystem Development:

  • Own the lifecycle of ecosystem app partnerships—from identification to evaluation to activation.
  • Drive outbound engagement with apps that serve core HighLevel verticals (real estate, legal, wellness, education, etc.).
  • Evaluate inbound app integration proposals using a revenue‑first lens.
