What You’ll Do:
- Provide clinical leadership and support for therapists statewide
- Serve as a key clinical resource for therapists
- Drive clinical quality
Drive Clinical Quality:
- Oversee QA audits, documentation quality and patient outcomes
- Ensure clinicians meet Medicare and company compliance standards
- Partner with Compliance and Quality teams when issues arise
Develop and Support Therapists:
- Support onboarding, orientation and training of new clinicians
- Coordinate shadow visits, competencies, and continuing education
- Manage performance improvement plans and recognize high performing clinicians
