Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality audits of inpatient clinical determinations
- Analyze QA findings and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve clinical decision accuracy
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Experience reviewing inpatient utilization management / coverage determinations
- Strong analytical skills with experience identifying quality trends
Pay & Perks:
- Fully remote opportunity with about 5% travel
- Up to 184 hours (23 days) of PTO per year + company holidays
