Position Summary:
- Serve as the SAP Pricing and Promotions subject matter expert for S/4HANA Retail engagements.
- Balance hands-on delivery work with day-to-day leadership, mentoring, and development of junior team members.
Essential Functions:
- Translate business requirements into detailed application design and lead blueprint, Fit-to-Standard workshops.
- Configure and customize pricing and promotions functionality including retail price calculation, condition technique, and POS outbound pricing.
- Support SIT and UAT test cycles, defect triage, and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of SAP functional/technical consulting experience in a lead or SME capacity.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Retail pricing and promotions, including PMR and OPP.
- Proven ability to lead teams and communicate with clients to drive successful project outcomes.
