- Own the canonical Salesforce data model across leads, contacts, and accounts, enforcing field-level governance.
- Design and implement sync rules between integrated systems to prevent data conflicts and record corruption.
- Audit HubSpot-to-Salesforce integration mappings and error logs to ensure bi-directional data consistency.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in CRM administration or revenue operations with expert-level Salesforce data model understanding.
- Hands-on HubSpot-to-Salesforce integration management experience and deep knowledge of data governance principles.
- Proven track record building data quality standards and familiarity with campaign attribution data structures.
