Job Description
As the Service Design Specialist, you’ll be responsible for analyzing data and feedback, and systemize initiatives. You will provide support, build guides, processes and tools to develop solutions to ensure contractual KPIs are met and to support quality and improvement. Responsibilities include maximizing the efficiency of program resources, enhancing the Service Management Framework, designing internal business processes, maintaining program supporting documentation, supporting the Customer Satisfaction Framework, and monitoring policy and regulatory updates. The role requires 3+ years of Employment/Vocational Services business management experience, advanced understanding of government funded contracts, broad knowledge of community service operations, and exceptional communication skills.
