Deal Desk Analyst

Twilio is seeking a curious, action-oriented Analyst to join the Deal Desk Team and support our North American Go-to-Market efforts. In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your cross-functional interactions and contribute to non-standard commercial agreements or Order Forms (OF). Your primary responsibility will be to structure deals that are mutually beneficial for both customers and Twilio. You'll need a passion for problem-solving, the ability to understand complex situations, and the skill to clearly communicate explanations and solutions. Establish trusted working relationships with Deal Desk team members, Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Finance, and Sales. Ensure forward deal momentum, educate the sales team, and provide quote-to-signature support to AEs.
