Role:
- We are seeking a hands-on, organized Learning & Development Coordinator to scale Oura's learning ecosystem.
- You'll manage LMS operations, build reporting, and support content quality and program coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Administer Sana@ŌURA, including access, enrollments, publishing, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain dashboards for learning programs and compliance training; steward AI-enabled workflows.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years supporting L&D or LMS, with strong organizational and spreadsheet skills.
- Clear communication, sound judgment, and curiosity about AI and automation.
