Principal Product Designer, Supply

Design Strategy:

• Define and drive the design strategy for the Supply ecosystem, connecting to broader product goals.
• Co-create roadmaps with Product, Engineering, and Data leadership, grounded in partner needs.
• Set the quality bar across UX, visual design, content, and interaction.

Leadership and Mentorship:

• Lead cross-domain initiatives with company-level impact, earning alignment from senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach designers across the Supply org, elevating craft and strategic thinking.
• Raise the bar for how design is communicated and documented.

Data and Innovation:

• Build a culture of data-informed design decisions using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Identify and frame high-leverage problem spaces before they're on the roadmap.
• Champion the responsible and high-quality use of AI in design workflows.
