Role and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, distributed Back-end solutions for a high-scale SaaS platform.
- Architect and deliver complex systems with a focus on accessibility compliance and platform scalability.
- Develop and maintain microservices and cloud-native applications, ensuring high reliability.
Technical Environment:
- Work with Golang, Kotlin, and JVM-based languages; leverage cloud providers like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Utilize data stores such as Elasticsearch, BigQuery, SQL, and NoSQL.
- Implement messaging and streaming systems like Kafka, Flink, Spark, or Pub/Sub.
Team and Culture:
- Collaborate with international engineering teams across Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and Albania.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices.
- Contribute to infrastructure decisions and adopt AI-assisted development tools.
