Job Description
The Client Services Lead will act as the primary liaison between our clients and production teams, ensuring clear communication of goals, objectives, and timelines. This role involves conducting and managing client calls, providing comprehensive new client administrator training, and maintaining all client documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures. The Lead must stay updated on product releases and system functionalities, collaborate with clients on product updates, deliver clear communication on system functionalities, and coordinate Annual Enrollment activities. This position requires in-depth understanding of benefit administration and excellent relationship management skills.
