Job Description

We’re looking for an accomplished and well-rounded People Team Partner to drive impactful, people-first HR operations across the full employee lifecycle. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted resource on HR practices and compliance, while also owning focus areas: either Onboarding & Recruitment or DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), & Learning & Development (L&D). You’ll collaborate across all People Team workstreams to help deliver a consistent, seamless, and equitable employee experience. Serve as a primary point of contact for HR systems and support, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance in People Team platforms, managing employee system access, answering day-to-day policy questions, supporting vendor relationships, and troubleshooting system-related issues for employees and managers. Support execution of key People Team functions such as performance reviews, onboarding, and People Programs initiatives. Apply foundational knowledge of employment law and HR policies to help ensure compliance across key touchpoints in the employee lifecycle. Collaborate across all People Team workstreams to deliver a consistent, seamless, and equitable employee experience. Generate and maintain standard HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and monitor key people metrics. Serve as a versatile HR partner by supporting the full spectrum of People Team functions including, but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and engagement while flexibly adapting focus and responsibilities to align with evolving business priorities and organizational needs. Focus in one of these areas: Onboarding and Recruitment Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and early-career roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination. Provide recruitment coordination support to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner by scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and supporting a positive candidate experience. Partners with leadership and key stakeholders to recommend, develop, and execute employee experience, including onboarding and orientation of new and internally transferring employees. DEIB, CSR, and L&D Own the design, delivery, and evaluation of DEIB and CSR programming, including Crews (our version of ERGs), events, campaigns, communications, and initiatives that advance a culture of belonging. Partner with leaders and employees to embed DEIB principles into everyday practices, processes, and policies. Drive coordination and logistics for learning and development offerings, including facilitating training sessions, manager workshops, and professional development opportunities.
