About the Role:
- You will act as a consultative closer for pet owners seeking professional dog training.
- This is a fully remote, goal-driven call center environment with uncapped commission.
Minimum Qualifications:
- You have 2+ years of phone sales or inside sales experience.
- You demonstrate success closing higher-value services and meeting KPIs.
- You possess strong discovery, objection-handling, and closing skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound conversations to understand customer goals and barriers.
- Recommend the appropriate dog training program and confidently ask for the sale.
- Document customer interactions accurately and meet or exceed sales goals.
