Inside Sales Representative

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to existing customers and warm leads to sell Sila Services memberships.
• Explain membership benefits, build rapport, overcome objections, and follow up consistently to close sales.
• Document calls, sales, and follow-up activity in CRM and meet individual sales goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous phone sales experience and CRM experience are required.
• Strong phone presence, objection handling, and organizational skills are essential.
• Must be self-motivated, have reliable internet, and a professional remote workspace.

Compensation & Perks:

• $18/hour plus uncapped commission on membership sales and qualified appointments.
• Opportunity to build recurring commission through monthly memberships.
• Laptop, monitor, headset, and all necessary systems provided; no personal phone needed.

Schedule & Location:

• Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-7:00 PM MDT, part-time remote.
• Must live in the Salt Lake City or Provo, Utah area.
