Part-Time Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective business decision-makers using supplied contact lists.
• Contact three key decision-makers per company and deliver the approved 90-second sales pitch.
• Handle initial objections, qualify prospects, and book qualified 30-minute meetings with the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Experience in outbound calling, sales development, or appointment setting.
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with business decision-makers.
• Ability to follow scripts, handle objections, and maintain strong organizational skills.

Technical Requirements:

• USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and a computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
• Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps and backup speed of at least 10 Mbps.

Schedule and Location:

• Part-time schedule from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST, 100% work-from-home.
• Salary package of $700 USD per month with performance incentives and paid training.
