The B2B Data Infrastructure team is laying the foundation for Canva’s next phase of growth. As part of our broader B2B mission, we’re focused on empowering our go-to-market teams with rich, real-time data, fueling smarter targeting, faster lead qualification, and deeply personalised customer journeys. Operating as a platform team, we partner across Product, Marketing, and Sales to unlock scalable, data-driven experiences that turn interest into revenue. Our systems power critical functions such as lead intelligence, intent detection, audience segmentation, and large-scale profile enrichment. At the moment, this role is focused on Building the capabilities needed to support the vision for the “Business Personalisation Service”, Building efficient and reusable backend components, driving our core B2B Data Infrastructure platform capabilities, Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, Participating in design and code reviews and helping to identify and communicate standard practices and methodologies for backend engineering.
