Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced Customer Delivery Manager to take end-to-end accountability for customer service delivery in the international health market. This role involves managing service quality, optimizing portfolios, and collaborating with top management to drive success. Focuses include forecast & cost controlling overall, driving internal requests, and providing escalation support. Key responsibilities include managing service delivery using ITIL frameworks, planning and controlling service provision, overseeing service chains, ensuring end-to-end delivery, collaborating with portfolio owners, ensuring accuracy in financials, approving solutions, implementing efficiency measures, and managing international project teams. The ideal candidate needs strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial management skills, along with fluency in German and English, and experience with ITIL and service management.
