About the Role:
- Build, launch, and scale a new compliance product.
- Take an initial product concept, make it real, and get it into the hands of customers quickly.
- Design and ship AI-assisted workflows that help organizations manage compliance.
Who You Are:
- Are a 0→1 builder: You’ve taken ambiguous problems and turned them into shipped products.
- Have strong product fundamentals: Clear problem framing, ruthless prioritization, and outcome-oriented thinking.
- Are comfortable working with AI: You understand how modern AI systems work and how to design responsibly with them.
Experience:
- Typically 3+ years of product management experience.
- Experience in compliance, HR tech, B2B SaaS, or regulated environments is a plus, but not required.
- Open to candidates in on the East Coast of Australia
