Job Description

Troubleshoot and resolve critical support problems. Troubleshoot customer issues using remote desktop software. Optimally interact through phone and email with customers as you address their problems. Dedication to the success and satisfaction of our customers by recreating problems in house, performing root cause analysis and / or provision of examples of software bug. Work independently and as a team to come up with the best solutions to a customer problem. Provide outstanding phone-based support for a variety of sophisticated, time critical issues, using and sharing your knowledge of a wide range of technologies. Work remotely with enterprise level customers and dark sites. Have the opportunity to build labs and simulators and be involved in product BETA testing. Contribute to our Solutions Engine and online forums.
