Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading project setup by organizing kick-off meetings and delivering implementations.
  • Supporting project review calls and managing project streams.
  • Defining and setting up client payroll processes and ensuring calendar management.

Client and Project Management:

  • Act as the point of contact for all payroll project matters for the client.
  • Gather key requirements from clients to facilitate the onboarding process
  • Guiding them through the technical payroll aspects of onboarding in a clear manner.

Compliance:

  • Ensuring that all payroll processes adhere to local tax and labor laws.
  • Overseeing the migration of payroll data from legacy systems.
  • Develop and execute testing plans to identify and resolve system issues.
