Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Leading project setup by organizing kick-off meetings and delivering implementations.
- Supporting project review calls and managing project streams.
- Defining and setting up client payroll processes and ensuring calendar management.
Client and Project Management:
- Act as the point of contact for all payroll project matters for the client.
- Gather key requirements from clients to facilitate the onboarding process
- Guiding them through the technical payroll aspects of onboarding in a clear manner.
Compliance:
- Ensuring that all payroll processes adhere to local tax and labor laws.
- Overseeing the migration of payroll data from legacy systems.
- Develop and execute testing plans to identify and resolve system issues.
