Interpret and apply contract-specific, state, and federal credentialing requirements in daily operations, partnering with Program Managers and external stakeholders.
Independently resolve complex credentialing issues and lead strategy for new contract stand-up, including requirements gathering and workflow definition.

Compliance and Auditing:

Maintain audit-ready documentation for all credentialing activities and monitor adherence to government and contract requirements.
Identify risks and gaps, implement corrective actions, and support internal and external audits and compliance inquiries.

Operational Support:

Oversee credentialing-related system access and ensure accurate recordkeeping across platforms to improve visibility and reporting.
Provide guidance to stakeholders on requirements and support workforce readiness through proactive credential tracking and issue resolution.
