Responsibilities:
- Execute brand events against a plan: venue sourcing, vendor selection, budget tracking, and run of show development.
- Manage invite lists, RSVP tracking, and coordinate conference presence with booth logistics.
- Deliver post-event debrief covering turnout, engagement, and recommendations.
Ambassador Community:
- Run day-to-day of ambassador program: onboarding, platform management, and engagement.
- Manage community communications and source member stories for content and press.
- Maintain agreements and consent process, and ensure disclosure compliance.
Other Marketing:
- Support execution of referral program and partnerships.
- Manage swag end-to-end: sourcing, inventory, and fulfillment.
- Support brand initiatives and other marketing projects.
