Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a strategic and trusted partner to Directors across our Operations teams.
- Create and deliver against a people plan that enables Monzonauts to solve problems.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership teams across Operations to drive high performance, engagement and healthy organization design.
Your Role:
- Own the people's life-cycle within your business area proactively iterating and improving your approach.
- Be responsible for supporting headcount management decisions, aligned for budget for the areas.
- Empower and coach managers to level up as leaders and be the best they can be.
Requirements:
- You have experience of building strong, trusting relationships with Directors level stakeholders.
- You have significant experience as a People Partner working with varied Operational business areas.
- You can prioritise in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
