Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
- Facilitate program meetings and stakeholder reviews, capturing notes and tracking action items to ensure follow-through.
Program Management:
- Maintain core documentation including roadmaps, risks, and decisions, and produce concise status reports.
- Manage integrated Smartsheet schedules, surface dependencies, and escalate blockers to protect project milestones.
Change & Coordination:
- Partner with Change Management and Training teams to keep job aids and communication assets aligned with release timelines.
- Support traceability tracking, uploads, and follow-ups to ensure smooth program execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5+ years in finance program management or cross-functional coordination roles.
- Proven ability to succeed in ambiguous, fast-paced environments by driving clarity and structure.
