Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
  • Facilitate program meetings and stakeholder reviews, capturing notes and tracking action items to ensure follow-through.

Program Management:

  • Maintain core documentation including roadmaps, risks, and decisions, and produce concise status reports.
  • Manage integrated Smartsheet schedules, surface dependencies, and escalate blockers to protect project milestones.

Change & Coordination:

  • Partner with Change Management and Training teams to keep job aids and communication assets aligned with release timelines.
  • Support traceability tracking, uploads, and follow-ups to ensure smooth program execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 5+ years in finance program management or cross-functional coordination roles.
  • Proven ability to succeed in ambiguous, fast-paced environments by driving clarity and structure.
